CSTech, Mazer, Ebrary.com, Glassbook and Ibooks.com Are Deemed Among The Most Exciting Products And Services On Display At Seybold Seminars Boston Publishing/2000 Conference

FOSTER CITY, CA, February 2, 2000 - Seybold Seminars today announced the Seybold Publications Editors’ Hot Picks for Seybold Seminars Boston Publishing 2000. Hot Picks recognize interesting new products, technologies and services slated to be shown at the exposition beginning Wednesday, February 9th at Seybold Seminars Boston Publishing/2000 Conference at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA.

”The Seybold Editors’ Hot Picks highlight interesting, new products that also have particular relevance to Seybold Seminars Boston attendees and the overall publishing industry,” said Patricia Evans, editor of The Bulletin: Seybold News and Views on Electronic Publishing. “These products reflect our vision of where the publishing industry is going. This year, a number of the products selected are in the cross-media publishing and e-Book technology categories.”

As managers of the Hot Picks program, the Seybold Publication editors contact over two hundred exhibitors and review their products. This year, the list was pared to 17 winners including: Aurelon, ACI, Creativepro.com, CSTech, Ebrary.com, Glassbook, IBooks.com, InfoOffice, RedDot, Mazer Digital Publishing Systems, Mile High Engineering, Pisces, Pixelis, Quark, Screen, Sinar-Bron and Sprockets. A complete list will be available on Wednesday, February 9th.

E-Book honorees Ebrary.com, Glassbook and Ibooks.com will be a part of Seybold Seminars Boston 2000 e-Book showcase that is designed to educate professionals on the growing market of e-Book technology products and solutions. In the cross-media publishing arena CSTech and Mazer Digital Publishing Systems are slated to show full-featured publishing systems for both print and online applications
